I can't see that getting approved at all... designing a toy that purposely delivers a shot of electricity is just asking for lawsuits... I don't care how mild the shock is... in America, people sue companies because they are dumb enough to pour hot coffee on themselves... and they win.

I grabbed that thing at Spencer's, too. Some kid broke the one they had out, so they got another one out of the box and hooked it up. I couldn't feel it in my hand as my palms weren't sweaty enough. Toy Fair coverage starts sunday evening.

The thing has a low and high setting. I think the big thing is that it says 18+ on the package, and they have these disclaimer things.

I'm really hoping they hook me up with that tank set!
